Additionally, I hold regular 1:1 meetings with each of my direct reports to provide feedback, set goals, and ensure alignment. I’ve also implemented customized project management systems for each team member to track progress, maintain accountability, and drive consistent performance. As part of our operational efficiency, I train my team on calendar management to help them prioritize tasks and stay organized.
